Would this do what I think it does

So i have a group slug deck I've been working on and I found these 2 cards i thought about putting in but I want to know if it would work the way I think it would I was wondering if with city of fire the damage tripling would it the double the tripled damage to the enchanted player or would the double cancel out the tripler
