Starship Troopers/RoboCop/Total Recall
Rank 'em.
In chronological order (not ranked)
RoboCop (1987): Great satire of corporatism in the 80s. Great lead and awesome villain. The most gritty of the three.
Total Recall (1990): Just kick ass. Arnold classic. Most colorful and cerebral of the three since you never know if it's reality or a dream.
Starship Troopers (1997): Most satirical/cynical of the three, really commits to the meta with its dialog, casting, and cinematography.
All three are violent as shit, but in that Paul Verhoeven over-the-top way. Who you got in what place?
