Face/Off and proof of identity

Just after the shoot out in the church Sean Archer’s wife call’s one of his subordinates at the FBI (I believe the woman). She says “I have something crazy to tell you”. She obviously mentioned the face swap and that Castor Troy had assumed Sean Archer’s identity. What I was wondering is what she may have showed the other agents offscreen? The blood results perhaps?
