Food aversions

Is anyone else dealing with rapidly changing food aversions?

I don't mean the usual ones (fatty food, greasy food, etc) - I'm going from being fine eating something one day to the thought of eating the exact same meal the next day making me gag. I've gotten to the point where I'm just buying food on my way home from work to cook and eat instead of doing a weekly shop, because when I get home I don't want any of it!
