Neighbors dog never shuts up and destroys bottom of fence
Anyone have (legal) ideas that will prevent this dog from doing this and barking at me for existing in my own back yard? As you can see on the right side of the image, this is not the first time this dog has destroyed fence boards. The dog is ALWAYS barking. I have dogs too, but they have learned to ignore the neighbors incessant challenges.
