Recommendations where in South Beach to live?

Im moving to South Beach and im not sure where would be best for me.

Im 33m single and looking for the most walkable and lively area. Im working from home so i wont be commuting. I dont have a car, but i do have a motorcycle. Im not sure how parking works in that regard. I dont mind parking on the street as long as its safe.

Id like to be in the most walkable/active area, where people exercise and socialize. Ideally somewhere like the Santa Monica pier area if youre familiar with it. Walking distance to bars/restaurants and a grocery store as well. I dont mind tourists or touristy areas, I prefer it to an extent.
