Helpppp! (Phy)

I haven’t done anything yet of phy, like should I read imp chapters from board textbooks or do oneshots (if yes then which) Are pyqs actually helpful?? How do I memorize so many derivations?? I want to score 45-50 is it possible??? Plz help im panicking…..
