What are the best non-Artian Lances?

I hate the Artian weapon system, because if you roll bad on the upgrades you may get something worse than a normal weapon and have to break it apart and farm some more pieces so I don't want to use them.

Currently I am using the Lala Bariana lance because despite its bad skills and meh damage that insane paralysis and sharpness has been fantastic for farming tempered Apexes and Arkveld but I was wondering what are some other non-Artian Lances that would be a good idea to craft?
