I struggle with motivation and getting myself to practice things at home. Is it anxiety/depression or something else?
For example, I am starting dancing and singing lessons and while I am fine in lessons as there is someone physically in front of me and teaching me, I'm the complete opposite at home. I think about doing something and then get too in my head about it and don't bother about what I wanted to do.
I can't improve at things unless I practice, but I can't practice until I can sort out my brain. I am currently in the process of getting diagnosed with anxiety/depression.
