How does one stop maladaptive daydreaming

Hello, I am 18F and i gave been dealing with maladptive daydreaming since 15. It has started in the quarantine and only got worse with my depression. I am now doung better no longer depending on meds to get through my day but i daydream still and it has taken over my life i have finals tomorrow and i cant bring myself to do anymore effort than studying the night before. Please share your thoughts and suggestions. Thank you
