Nature vs Nurture(Show related)

So I saw this show earlier and it was about this young baby grown up to be this high-school teenage boy. He was a lab experiment similar to the Polgar experiment but to the extreme. I’m curious if that’s ever happened globally with children grown up to be superhuman soldiers or what not. And if it’s possible to surpass any genius/talented individuals such as a Magnus Carlsen.
