Scam

This is such an obvious scam that I feel so dumb for asking people to waste their money to gift me this for Christmas.

The ball goes up randomly regardless of my focus, I tried closing my eyes and drifting off to sleep and it was exactly the same of all my other sessions. Hard to believe in neurofeedback if the feedback is random.

I could have placebo effect for free without spending 300.

I don't know how to request a refund without making it known to the people who bought it so I guess I'll enjoy getting random stars in my sleep then

Edit: I forgot: the app is full of bugs. It gets stuck all the time and I cannot open the app contents about brain science or whatever. They don't even bother making it look right.
