Just another complaint about the taxi/Uber/Didi pick up at Melbourne airport.

I swear every time I arrive back at Melbourne airport the process for catching a ride share vehicle has changed. Last time I just turned up and gave the Uber a pin and then we were away. Now you have to pre book an Uber (apparently I should just know this, but I didn't see any signage indicating this). Then I move to level 1 of T4 and there are taxis taking up half of the car parks for general pick up and other ride share (e.g. Didi), but no one policing it. It's a fun time.
