Where to get a good massage

Where can I get a good massage? Central Melbourne. I'm not really experienced with it. I want a nice relaxing massage, not a hard one that hurts. Back, shoulders, arms maybe. Nothing sexual, but I'd prefer not be massaged by a man. Any suggestions?
