In-Person Car Service Scam

I'm in an office in Albert Park and today a random guy, on the larger side with a bald head and dressed in hi-vis, burst into our office without knocking and asked everyone at their desks if we wanted our cars serviced...

Also seemed to be scanning the office but when we all declined (obviously), he was quick to leave. Anyone else experienced this? Wondering if there were subsequent robberies or anything my office should be extra cautious about.
