Need help

Hi everyone! I'm a VA and had around 7 years experience sa BPO industry handling customer service, back-office healthcare and telco accounts. As a VA, my only experience is witb real-estate and konting cold-calling lng and around 1 year as admin assistant for a real estate investor.

Problem is, hindi naman ako graduate ng medical course and even though 2 years din ako as back-office healthcare associate dati, konti lng din alam ko when it comes to US healthcare (aside from HIPAA and ICD-10 coding).

Since the beginning of this year, nawalan ako ng client, I tried applying to several VA and freelancing platforms, even tried MedVA and GMVA. I relied on my 2 years experience as back-office healthcare associate. I also tried reviewing and upskilling, pero di pa rin sinuswerteng makapasok. Paubos na ang savings ko and I'm really desperate to land a client.

Please po, can you help me? Any tips to make sure I would at least get a chance to be accepted sa mga VA agencies or land a client? Lagi ubos connects ko sa upwork and also exhausted OLJ pero wala pa ring bumabalik saken kahit rejection email mn lng. Hope you can help me po.
