How are you guys scheduling and keeping track of interviews?

I am pretty overwhelmed by the interview season events (meet and greets, interviews, morning reports for prelim, transitional, and advanced programs). If someone has 10 prelim/TY interviews and 10 advanced interviews, thats like 40 events to go to. 10 interviews isn't enough to start withdrawing, but this is eating up my schedule and I wanted to see if others had strategies for managing this?
