who else vocally studies their ankis?

I feel like no one else orally has to read out their ankis to study. If I read them in my head, I will not retain a THING and I end up having to re-read about 10 times just because my brain is so loud and won't shut up about other things. It's time-consuming and after a while, my mouth hurts though... not ideal during a 12 hour study session... and the dehydration that comes with it is not it
