Do I have Covid?

I took an at home covid test on Saturday and it only had the line on Control. I still had it with me throughout yesterday (Sunday) and it still looked negative. Until later that night around 8-9pm I noticed a faint line appear on the sample side. I decided to take another test today and it came out negative again. Does this mean I’m negative or should I take another test to be sure? I’ve had a fever since Friday.
