“Otitis Media w/ effusion + Vestibular neuritis - TBC”

I went to the nurse practitioner at my uni for a follow up on my ear infection. I’ve been on 875 Augmentin for a week and some change now. I’ve been feeling much better in terms of the “sick” feeling if you will, however my hearing is still severely limited, and my hand eye coordination is super off. i also have been waking up with extreme vertigo the last few nights but I figured that was a side effect of the medication. At the follow up the NP said she strongly recommends I go to the hospital since her resources are limited and wrote a note that says “Otitis Media w/ effusion + Vestibular Neuritis - TBC” And said to give it to the triage nurse.

I’m terrified, can someone please explain what all that is? what is TBC?
