My surgery toilet prep was not successful. Is that a problem for tomorrow’s surgery?

25F, i have an anal fissure and tomorrow i will go under a light surgery for anal dilatation. My surgeon prescribed me two bisacodyl suppository to put them in the evening today. Its been almost 3 hours since i put them and ive been to the toilet only once. Im worried that this will be a problem. I feel a light burning feeling but nothing serious. I am pretty sure that i put them deep enough. Please someone answer me if this is ok.
