Angina or something else?

Hello everyone, Thursday I went to the doctor because my left tonsil was hurting me and the doctor diagnosed I had an bacterial angina. I had to take antibiotics and an anesthetic spray to calm my pain. However, the pain is still there 5 days later and my tonsil turned white.

Do you guys have an idea of what is it ? Is it an abscess or a canker sore ? Or maybe a white angina ?

I post this to know if it's something bad but I go to an other doctor tomorrow anyway.
