Recovering From a Bad Grade in MATH 139

I got a C in MATH 139 and B+/A- in my other classes. Since I'm going to do Anatomy & Cell Biology, I won't have to do calculus again after next semester but I'm not sure if I should retake MATH 139, postpone MATH 141, or suck it up and lock in. I'm pre-med and I want to do an honours program so I really don't want my bad grades in first year to weigh down my CGPA for honours and med but at the same time I don't think it's avoidable.

My bad grades were mostly due to really bad mental health and difficulty adjusting to the new environment. I've figured some stuff out so I'm sure my GPA can go up. I'm just a little scared of how the 2.0 will affect my CGPA as well as MATH 141. I don't want to get another bad grade in 141 but I'm also not sure if I should retake 139 over the summer especially since I'll be busy with research.

Any advice about raising GPA and about MATH 139/141? Thanks for reading :)

Edit: got final marks back, they were A+/A- (I was 0.2% away from an A for one ):
