New drone registration regulations as from 1st Jan 2025

Hi everyone, happy new year! I just received a DJI Mini drone for Christmas, and I’m a bit unsure about which forms I need to complete. I’m guessing its this one i should fill in right?

Is drone insurance mandatory, and are there any fees involved?
