Are there reapers in other galaxies?

Something I have been wondering for a while If the reapers goal is to harvest all technological advance races, then are there reapers in other galaxies?

They can travel through dark space to our galaxy and they have been around long enough to cover the distance between galaxies.

So is it possible there are reapers awaiting to start a cycle in other galaxies?
