Same Naked Guy at Y (Kids Around)

I bring my 8 year old son to the Y in Foxboro for his swimming lessons every week. Without fail, there’s always the same guy, maybe in his late 60s or early 70s, that’s always walking around totally naked with his balls hanging down. He’s taking his sweet ass time shaving in front of a bunch of kids every week . And he does that for at least 30 minutes. I see him naked when I first go in and he’s still there naked when I leave . I complained to the front desk and they didn’t seem to be too concerned about it. I’ll be bringing my son to the family room going forward but I feel like there’s something really not right going on there . Thoughts ?
