Should I not fly this in front of my house?

It’s the original Maine state flag NOT the one flown by hillbillies and one of our Supreme Court justices. Should I put up a sign explaining what it is and that we are not white nationalists? I’m concerned that we’ve sent the wrong message to the neighborhood we just moved into.
