If spider-man is the hardest character to play in the game why is there so many lords?

if I’m being honest, every time I go into ranked and they don’t ban Spider-Man. I always see a Lord Spider-Man so my question is if this character is the most hardest character to play in the game why do I see so many more Spider-Man’s?
