Let's Save Black Widow!

After using black widow for a couple hours last night, she is really a small change away from being a decent character.

Here is what I would add:

Small damage buff the size that mantis gives to her teammates

A stun ability with her electric sticks.

Those 2 changes and I believe she instantly becomes a balanced character in Rivals.
