Can’t get out of gold

My brother in Christ this is actually ridiculous. I haven’t been able to escape gold 1, it seems like the higher I’m climbing the worse my teammates are getting. Every death no one waits and just staggers, people panic ult and waste them, insta lock dps that get no picks and just focus tanks who are getting pocket healed, aka just getting scoreboard damage but not actually doing anything. This is actually the dumbest thing I’ve ever played. I definitely sound like the guy who just blames his teammates but holy shhh this feels like call of duty skill based matchmaking at this point
