this games optimization is so trash

constantly i cant run this stupid game cause the optimization i should have 0 reason i cant there is no other game that i cant run it only happens when i load in i have a 3060 ti and everything is up to date pls fix this cause this is unbearable. my computer is new so it isn’t the computer my friends who have way worst computers run it fine and everything is low EVERYTHING
