DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.

My gpu is busted on my gaming laptop so i can't reinstall drivers etc. Games like overwatch run fine on the internal gpu or whatever. Will i be able to play this game or not? thanks
