Small business in search of socially responsible stainless steel jewelry manufacturer

I currently design and assemble jewelry with premade parts (chain, beads, charms, clasps) but I’m looking to design a custom stainless steel pendant. I’ve tried sourcing in the US with no luck.

I was in contact with a supplier on Alibaba and realized that the social responsibility certificate they sent me had been doctored. I’m just not sure who to trust at this point.

Anyone know anyone or know where to look for custom stainless steel 3D pendants?
