Non-instagrammy restaurant recommendations?

I'm looking for people's recommendations of really authentic food - a lot of the stuff that gets put on social media is very aesthetic-focussed and they've paid for the spotlight. I feel like these places often lack depth and quality and it would be great to hear of some more off the radar places!
