Guys with smaller frames: is there any hope finding t-shirts that look clean and hug your arms?

No matter how many brands I try, I can't find the right look. At worst, they have that awful & sloppy look of the sleeves flaring out a ton and at best (from what I've found so far) they look like this shirt which is Next Level from Amazon. Goodfellow from Target was passable as well.

I can of course always get a nicer t-shirt tailored (or learn to hem the sleeves myself), but would love to hear from other guys with smaller frames and if you've discovered any brands that achieve a clean & neat look off the shelf.

I do work out, including biceps & tris but even at my strongest (not pictured here) I still didn't fill out most t-shirt brands.
