Messed up downloading Hades II

So, I just got whisky and promptly started downloading Hades II, with no problems. Then I made a mistake and clicked "download" on another Windows only game, and Hades II started to pause, stopping the download. And it hasn't stopped it, the download bar has been frozen at 41% for a while now. I can't uninstall, I get an "Error: Busy" message, and I can't pause or continue the download. Should I just wait it out or is there something I can do to reverse what I've done?
