Who should I call?

I'll go straight to the point, I live on one of the busiest streets in my city, and for almost 24 hours a constant beeping (approximately 2 beeps per second) has been going on. This beeping is very loud on the street, which already kind of makes me wonder why nobody has stopped it yet. Just for a bit of context, my apartment windows are noise insulated and they actually allow me to sleep regardless the noise that drunkards make at night in front of the bars, keeping that in mind, this beeping still managed to disrupt my sleep multiple times tonight, so as you might understand, is very loud. My guess is that it's either a fire alarm (but there's no fire/smoke) or an anti-theft alarm.

Who should I call? Police? Firefighters?
