What’s your favorite way to exercise if you can

28 F, diagnosed 4 years ago. I do light stretching and some yoga. I also sometimes get on my exercise bike and a stepper when I feel up to cardio. I used to do like 3-5 minutes of trampolining but had to stop due to incontinence issues. I really want to strengthen my joints and my core but don’t know where to start. I get exercise fatigue like crazy so it’s hard to keep up a regular routine. I was curious if what others did?
