Bad experience with an educator

Anyone else have an uncomfortable experience with an “educator”? I went to a store in a rough neighborhood near a lot of homeless encampments instead of my usual store because it was closer. First time in this location. The girl who processed my return was very inept and lazy. She looked at my return order and said “oh.. we don’t even carry these yet… we don’t have a display for these items. You could ship them back.”

“I want to return in store. I chose in store return when I started the return online.”

“If I process this return the items will be shipped back…. Because we don’t have anywhere to display these yet because lulu hasn’t sent us these yet. Your refund will show up in a couple of days if you just ship it back.”

“I chose in store return. I’m going to return these here.”

🤨 girl what?

It felt as if she was guilt tripping me for choosing an option the company offers for returns? Like I drove here already. I’m at the store. 🤨 I was really confused.
