New To Lossless Scaling

I was introduced to Lossless Scaling by my friend and seeing lots of improvements on the internet from other users, the app piqued my interest. I'm currently struggling with my build (RX 580 8gb, 75hz monitor) and I'm starting to consider using Lossless Scaling.

Is it worth my time to use Lossless Scaling, considering my hz which is only 75hz? I mainly play single-player games (God of War, heavily modded Skyrim, etc...) and I try to avoid FPS as much as I can so I don't think it will have a negative impact that much. But I'm not sure, since I'm all new to this.
