at least they’re doing what they want to do

i 100% share the sentiment of most people here. the whole “leaving youtube” thing and playing with the fans' emotions was not the most ethical thing to do, and ruined the fandom’s trust. if they didn’t want to make the videos they were making anymore, they could’ve made a separate channel for b2tsm, or stated that they’re entering a different creative direction.

BUT, from a positive viewpoint, i’d rather them make music and enjoy doing that than them being miserable with the videos they were putting out. i personally loved their old videos and hate that they privatized them. they were a source of joy for many. but at least now, they can put their energy into something different. if they’re enjoying themselves with making music, then by all means, i’m fine with them doing that. i think their creative freedom comes first before anything else.

i do want to hear their explanation for the stunt they pulled, but other than that, i’m pretty neutral/fine with what they’re putting out now. i’ve yet to fully grasp the lyrics of “i’m bach”, but it looked like something they enjoyed making + they’re both in the music video. so…🤷🏽‍♀️
