Lack of voice audio at ch. 4??

Hi there! I’m new to the game and just started maybe 2 days ago, but I’ve noticed the voices for the characters stopped as soon as I hit chapter 4. I’ve seen on Reddit where people stopped having voices around chapters 18-20, but does anyone know why it’s happening to me so early? I haven’t been able to find anything online about it unfortunately. :/
