Body Combat difficulty
Does anyone else feel like Combat just isn't as hard as it used to be?
I thought at first it was because I'm so used to Combat workouts, but when I revisit the old releases, they just feel much more challenging.
Over time, it feels like tracks have gotten shorter and more dance-y than Combat-y, maybe? I miss those old endurance tracks where you'd be punching for like 7 or 8 min toward the end of class.
What do you guys think? And what's your Golden Age for Combat releases? I think 38 through the 60s might be peak Combat for me.
