What's the casual equivalent of this fit?

I found my Christmas dinner outfit and have never felt more like myself. I never really knew how to express how I felt on the inside but this captures it perfectly. How could I dress in this vibe casually? I wouldn't even know what to call it, like masculinity and femininity blended? Pls help lolll

Also yes the vest is too small, I'm getting a bigger and longer one and a more fitted button up.
