Leaving work after the finders fee is payed (Agency)

I have been working for a school through an agency and not long ago I interviewed for a position with the school and was accepted. For numerous reasons, I have decided to leave the school. I have not signed my contract with the school yet, however the finders fee has been paid to the agency. Will this cause any legal trouble for myself?
