What are your favourite natural “highs”?
I haven’t smoked weed in over a month now. I still miss the way weed used to relax me, and help me “wind down”. Especially before bed. So I’m just wondering if anybody has recommendations on how to get a similar feeling but without weed or other recreational drugs. So far all I can really think of is a hot bath or working out. Maybe I’ll try drinking tea as well.
