How to automate this?

i want to create a bot that uses given credentials and login in site and opens a particular folder then select first picture ,after clicking on picture we get option for categories (hastags) it uses categories that i have already defined in notepad ,each image has different category of hastags so i want to click those hastags only and then post the picture then after 1 hour it should post next picture and take next hastag from notepad for it if all the pictures are over in folder it again goes back to first image.
I know python and i have quite a experience with ai ml but this creating a automation tool is kinda a new for me.I would really appretate your suggestions on how to approach this project.Thank you.
