Learn Algebra in 1-2 Months?

Ok so long story short, I didn't apply myself in high school. Regret it more than you know, and now I'm trying to pass a placement for community college and everything is passed, except for college algebra. Like I failed horrendously, and it kills me because I already feel behind in life and want to improve.

My question, how can I if I apply myself for 4 hours a day learn, understand and retain algebra in a month or two span? To be placed and passed into the bare minimum college math classes, of which from there I can pick the pace. I can't not get in this semester, and have the time to dump into this endeavor.
