What League champion shocked you the most with it's skills on release?

Whenever I complain about new champions being overtuned here, the old guard comes in and says that people have always complained about champions on release.

So I want to know, which champion made you go "hey, what the fuck?" when you read it's kit? I'm somewhat new, so for me, it was Bel'Veth. I actually thought it was some kind of marketing trick because I doubted that they'd launch something that broken in the game.

I'm not talking about other reasons champions are broken on release, like being buggy, having too much stats or being bad. I want to know the ones whose abilites spooked you when you read them.
