Climbing to master

Hello, my name is Emma and I'm currently Diamond IV in LAN after 40 wins at 14550 elo, playing adc. I want to get to Master, however I'm not sure if I should resign and assume my peak is Diamond.

Sometimes I carry flawlessly, some games I don't. I have good macro, but some games I'm not able to carry. Some games I concentrate excellently, and some I'm distracted, what tips do you recommend? Thanks!
